FAQ's

  • Will I have to get rid of everything?

No I will not make you get rid of anything you don't want to. I may gently question why you want to keep certain things, but you will have control over what you want to part with. I would encourage you to keep thinking about your end vision so we can achieve that.

 

  • Do you take my things away?

I don't have a waste licence so am unable to take away any refuse items. You will also be responsible for donating charity items but I can help you identify suitable places to take them or can help to organise a charity collection.​

  • Do I need to be around?

Yes. This is a collaborative process where you and I will work through what you want to keep and what you want to let go of. Once we've gone through the editing process then you don't need to be around as much for the organising part so you can sit back and relax.​

  • Do you provide storage solutions?

On our initial meeting I will identify and recommend storage options for you to buy once we have edited items first. I can of course purchase storage for you and the cost will be added onto your final invoice.

  • Do you have insurance?

Yes I have public liability insurance.

  • Do you charge mileage?

Anywhere outside of a 30 mile radius from BS3 5EQ mileage is charged at 45 pence per mile.​
